UCLA Health is upgrading all laptops/desktops to the Windows 10 operating system.
Once you have had an opportunity to familiarize yourself with Windows 10, please provide feedback on the new operating system.
Issues
If you run into any issues and need to call Customer Care, please look up your computer name in advance. In Windows 10, take the following steps to find your computer name:1. Click on the Windows (Start Menu) Icon
2. Type “pc name”
3. Click on the search result “View your PC name”
4. Your PC name will be listed just below the Windows 10 logo
5. Call Customer at 310-267-CARE (2273). Specialists are available 24/7 to provide support.
